This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.

Winter where the sun warms the air temperatures to the 50s and sometimes the 70s. North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is home to The Haven, which is readily your haven for the winter months. The oceanfront view from this three-story beach house on stilts affords you an inspiring view from throughout this spacious winter rental. The Haven is on South Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach, SC and features a sandy backyard that extends to the Atlantic Ocean. While it might be a little too chilly for swimming, this oceanfront beach house has an outdoor hot tub that will be perfect! The pool can be heated for a fee.
With eight bedrooms in this luxury beach house rental there is room enough to sleep a large family. Why not celebrate Thanksgiving or Christmas or New Years here at the beach? Invite your friends and family and neighbors and enjoy the sandy beach, holiday specials found around town and delicious seafood for your celebrations.
The bedrooms at The Haven accommodate between two and four people each. That is versatility in a luxury rental. Are you a golfer? Bring your golf foursome to the beach for a weekend and hit some of the links. The championship golf courses in North Myrtle Beach and surrounding area do not close in the winter. The mild winter temperatures are ideal for a round or two of golf. There are eight full and two one half baths in The Haven that superbly welcome a large family. With numerous flatscreen TVs with Netflix everyone can spread out in their own private corner to watch their favorite show or news programs. WIFI allows guests to get online during their stay and a theatre room brings everyone back together for a movie night, complete with popcorn!
Speaking of popcorn, the kitchen in this luxury winter rental has everything you need to enjoy several months away from home. And the game room brings recreational opportunities to your fingertips under the roof of The Haven. Add in two washers and dryers and your winter world is made!

The Haven is a very nice property - great location on the beach . The home is spacious , beds comfortable and bathrooms clean . Plenty of tables and chairs in the family room & kitchen . The game and theater rooms were great , as were the pool and hot tub.
The family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and all our needs were met. I would definitely recommend this house and the view was everything. Lastly, loved the easy access to the beach ❤️
Wonderful place to stay
Our family has rented this home for 3 years in a row, we just love it! The home has a great location, gorgeous views and beautiful and tasteful decor and furnishings. The outdoor areas are amazing, the pool and hot tub are large and the deck furniture is Polywood which is both lovely and extremely durable . We hope to continue our annual family vacations here for years to come ,
