Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Nestled between Ocean Drive and Atlantic Beach, you’ll find Crescent Beach. While it may be the smallest of our four neighborhoods, there's still lots to do and see in Crescent Beach, there is a lot to do while you are here 810 Billiards and Bowling they offer games, bowling, food and beverages. Please stop by Crazy Mason and enjoy a delectable milkshake served in a mason jar. The J Bryan Floyd Community Center is a twenty acre park that offers playgrounds, picnic-shelters, basketball, soccer and baseball and even the famous pickleball facilities.
Come enjoy this beautiful home located second row from the beach, five bedrooms, five in a half bathrooms that sleep sixteen comfortably. Four parking passes available, swimming pool with a private fenced in pool deck. Enjoy some grilling out with a gas grill plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the outdoors, while waiting for your grill to heat up enjoy some cornhole. Motorcycles and trailers are okay, this is a non smoking home. WIfi is available with seven flat screen tv's. There is a washer and dryer so you don't have to hunt for a laundry mat or get quarters. Enjoy the covered porches for some evening down winding in our rocking chairs.

We enjoyed our stay!!!
I spent the month of November in this beautiful house, it is as described, rooms are spacious, giving everyone room to spread out. Was a great family vacation enjoyed by all, The only thing that would have made this perfect would have been an elevator, but we all need exercise, and once you get in it was all good. I have already booked again for the upcoming year.
I have used Elliott Beach Rentals for several years, they are awesome to work with, have always treated me with respect and been very helpful in resolving any issues that arose during my stays. Just spent a month in on of their rentals, they are my go to person for any place to stay at the Beach.
The property was great; but the three flights of stairs was somewhat overwhelming for those over 65. It would have been nice if all the bathrooms had toilet paper upon our arrival.
