Me and my family stayed here for Spring Break this year. It was everything it was supposed to be. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Elevator was right outside the door so it was easy to access the parking garage directly. The walk to the beach from this room is just around the corner from the main building. It was very clean and everything we needed to cook was available in this rental. We slept 6 very comfortably but see why it sleeps 12. The beds were very comfortable including the pull out that my 7 year old preferred to listen to the ocean at night to sleep. Food lion, Dollar General and Dunkin was all within walking distance and a 3 minute drive if needed. We will definitely book with Elliott Realty again!!
