This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Sitting nicely in the Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this cheery rental house offers easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and the opportunity to have the ocean steps away.
Seawee is a winter rental that has six bedrooms and three full baths. Seawee beach house has a full-sized kitchen with ample seating for memorable meals and conversation. Also available is a full-sized washer and dryer. There is also an outside shower for rinsing off feet or your day’s collection of shells.
Seawee winter rental offers flatscreen CCTVs and free WIFI throughout the beach house. For outside of the house enjoyment, Seawee is within minutes of shopping and entertainment. Live entertainment and dinner shows are bonuses that are in close proximity to this South Carolina rental house. Barefoot Landing offers dining on the Intracoastal Waterway and shopping. Broadway at the Beach offers Ripley’s Aquarium, dining, shopping and entertainment as well as a night life you will not forget during your South Carolina vacation. Golf groups will also enjoy the plethora of golf courses around the North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach area and the golf courses are open year-round.
Seafood lovers will enjoy Seawee’s close proximity to two piers for some fresh catches. Also close are plenty of restaurants that offer any style of dining that is desired. In the winter months, the restaurants are not nearly as crowded so you can readily make the winter season a culinary vacation of sorts.
