This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Tropical Palms was a nice place to stay. We had a question about the hot tub and the owner was here in minutes. Two short blocks from the beach. We had 20 people. 11 adults and 9 kids. Arrangements worked well.
More places to hang towels or wet clothes would be good in bathrooms

We had a nice weekend vacation at Tropical Palms. The house was clean and comfortable.
Had a blast staying here. Was more then enough space, clean and meet every expectation
We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. Very very clean. Short walk to the beach. You can see the Ocean from 3rd and 2nd balcony. Plenty of seating outside. 2 refrigerators on top floor 1 smaller one in Game room down stairs. 2 charcoal grills and one large propane. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Owners clean everything and are very attentive to keeping pool clean. They are close by if you did need anything. The kitchen has everything that a family could need and more. 1 XL crockpot 2 med crockpots and 3 coffee makers. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of them. Bathrooms are very clean and newly renovated. We will definitely be back to stay at this one.
