This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This premiere South Carolina beach house proffers inviting space for family reunions; alumni get togethers; or a vacation with close friends. In addition to fabulous amenities, including a pool (heated from Mar-Sept for a fee), an outside shower and hot tub, it is right on the beach. Why not stay for an extended North Myrtle Beach vacation; enjoy the life of luxury in balmy South Carolina while folks at home are digging out of the white stuff.
A convenient elevator at The Carlisle makes it easy to get from one floor to another. Your rental is tastefully furnished, and everyone can spread out for loads of fun and entertainment. A game room with a pool table will test your skills, and there is a wet bar plus flatscreen TVs and DVD players. Of course, you will have WIFI. In addition, there is ample outdoor space with two covered porches and an oceanfront balcony. Imagine the salty South Carolina breeze filtering through the house as you step outside to hear rolling waves slap the beach. Watch for parasailers, catch up with lingering conversations, gaze at a fabulous North Myrtle Beach sunrise, or just spend your time on the porch dreaming. Perhaps you want to meet the ocean up close and personal on morning walks, plus you can fish from the nearby pier or try your luck at digging for blue crabs.
A gorgeous panoramic view greets you from two bedrooms as well as from several other rooms that feature a view of the ocean at The Carlisle. Preparing meals at your monthly winter rental in the luxury kitchen will be an experience in itself. Two electric ranges and three dishwashers keep everything running smoothly, and there are also two washers and dryers at your beach house.
You are close to golf courses, water sports, natural attractions, live music and theatre, night life and so much more that makes a North Myrtle Beach vacation one you will never forget. It is time to bid old man winter goodbye and start packing.

Amazing Home! Perfect Home .This house was incredible. Had an amazing time. The pool was a little dirty, but management team was quick to respond and took care of the issue immediately.

We rented this oceanfront house for family and relatives to attend a wedding. A disabled family member appreciated the elevator and handicap accessible shower. The setting was beautiful, and the pool and hot tub added to our enjoyment of the ocean and beach. The house was large enough to sleep our entire group and it was great to have a second (top floor) family room with tvs and a pool table. We thoroughly enjoyed the large porches that faced the ocean. A couple of small issues that came up were handled quickly by Elliott Realty and the owner. I can highly recommend a stay at this property.
Having an adult child with special needs and wheelchair bound we always struggle to find a home that both works for him and us. This house was perfect it was roomy for him and is easy access to the beach with a beach wheelchair and showers big enough for him to. If I had anything negative to say it would be the water pressure but that’s normal in rentals so not a deal breaker!! Already looking at this house again for next trip!!
We had a great time the house was large enough for our family to relax and have fun, however we did have some issues with hot water and other minor issues but all was resolved the staff was very helpful in getting the issues resolved quickly! The home decor and furnishing was beautiful, however I would suggest the home owner invest in a better mattress for the primary suite. Overall Elliot Beach Rentals has the best ocean front beach houses!!

We had a great experience renting The Carlisle from Elliott Beach Rentals! The house was perfect for our large family of all ages! We liked having the large family room areas to hang out in. The bedrooms were spacious and had the right configurations for us. We don't eat out a lot on vacation and the kitchen was perfect for our needs; all the equipment and accessories we needed and it was really well organized. The pool was great and we really enjoyed the easy beach access. Any minor issues we had were resolved quickly and efficiently with a phone call. We'll be back!
My family and I had a fun filled time at the house. It was an epic experience for all of us! Each room was comfortable and spacious and those with balconies added an extra touch for night sitting/relaxing. No problematic concerns or complaints to share. The overall experience was great and we will share all our memories for a lifetime.

My family has been vacationing in N Myrtle for the last few years, we love having a well-apponted home to meet our needs. The Carlisle met our expectations. from the main living area to the game room, the bathrooms in all the bedrooms were very nice and spacious. there were a few issues in the home, very minor, the beauty and amenities of the home canceled out any problems. We will definitely stay in this home again. Elliott reality is on top of any issues but needs to be notified for things to be taken care of. I make it a point to let them know so the next family won't have to call for any problems..Elliott, thanks for doing your best to make all family vacation experiences great.
