This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
The Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset, Repeat beach vacation winter rental house is set a few rows from the beachfront in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It features a four-bedroom, three-bath layout that can accommodate beach vacation guests for a fun-filled winter holiday from the winter doldrums. The Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset, Repeat beach vacation winter rental has three parking spaces available for guests who are staying in the winter rental house. Flatscreen TVs give guests a way to catch up on the local news, watch the weather or follow a favorite episode. Have a movie night or if the weather is inclement, turn it into a movie day. Central heating and air conditioning places indoor temperature control at your fingertips. Granite counters and stainless appliances dress up the beautifully appointed interior design plan.
As a luxury rental you will feel the tropical ambiance and attention to detail that went in to the building process and furnishings. The luxury vinyl plank flooring is stunning and easy to keep clean. The outdoor hot tub is a great spot to soak at that end of a fun-filled day of sightseeing and discovering the region. A ping pong table is a fun way for guests to engage in a little friendly competition. Golfers can use the putting green to practice their swing while waiting for a tee time. The washer and dryer in the winter rental house is both convenient and useful. The WIFI access will help everyone save on their data usage while posting on social media, checking emails and staying engaged with the outside world.
Just minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and beach, the Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset, Repeat is a great place to rest at the end of an exciting day. The beach activities are open-ended. We loved this place ! It was recommended to me by a cousin who uses Elliot beach rentals also for many years and I must say we also are going to be lifelong users of them also. Close to the beach and shops!
We stayed in Sunrise,sunburn, sunset,repeat with our family. We loved the house it had everything we needed to cook family meals and watch movies. Lots of laughs by the pool and close enough for a beach walk. On the stormy days the hot tub and table tennis were a bonus for my little dudes. The only problem we had wasn't related specifically to the house but we had someone come by every day for 4 days. Tree cutting, Bug guy, changing filters, then the pool guy bright and early with a blower waking everyone up. Still giving 5 stars because the house definitely deserves it.
The house itself was beautiful and had everything you could need for a fun and relaxing beach vacation—plenty of space, great amenities, and a perfect location.

It was nice.
We've been doing a MB vacation for over 10 years and have rented many houses in our time. This was a beautiful house. The kitchen was very well stocked with several items, the house was very well clean. What stood out for this house was the owners. We noticed the fridge and freezer weren't keeping food cold. We called Elliott and they put in a service request to have someone come out and order new parts. We had several hundred dollars worth of meat and groceries, adult beverages to keep cold. When the owner found out he personally went out and purchased another fridge to put in the garage for us to use. The fridge was delivered later in the day by the homeowners themselves. What customer service! Will rent here again for sure!!!
