This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced – any violation will result in eviction.

Southern Charm features six bedrooms and seven full baths. The kitchen is fully furnished in this two-story beach house. There is WIFI access as well as flatscreen TVs and DVD players. This winter rental is brimming with details such as an ice machine and ceiling fans. There is even a crib in Southern Charm so baby has a comfortable and safe place to sleep during your extended stay.
Outside at Southern Charm is a sparkling swimming pool, relaxing hot tub and an amazing oceanfront view. Follow the path to the sandy beach from this luxurious Myrtle Beach house! Southern Charm is just minutes away from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing and many of the Grand Strand's championship golf courses.

We always enjoy coming here and staying with the family every time that we are able to book. We appreciate the environment, the backyard is beautiful on the pool in the spa. The house is very comfortable for the family, especially my elderly parents who come and stay in the master bedroom who are able to walk out and enjoy the patio and the pool makes it very easy for them. We appreciate the reality company who’s very engaged and very involved in the process knowing we’ve stayed other places in the past that have not been so welcoming and assisting. The only thing that my brother said is please leave instructions on how to use the spa to make it warm when we want to use it. It didn’t come on. It didn’t heat timely. The only thing we would advise is leaving some kind of instruction for the renter.
This is our 2nd time we have stayed in this house. My husband and I really like this house. It’s very cozy & beautiful. It’s just the right size for family and friends. 😊🩷
Love your home. For our family it seems like our own beach home. Last two seasons, we were unable to secure this wonderful house. We finally got it secured this year and next. We normally take our mom and dad down but they cannot come. They are in their 80s and my mother wasn’t feeling well so hopefully next year they will be able to join our family for this wonderful vacation.
