Beautiful accommodations! Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Just a few steps to the beach! Dog friendly! Nice back porch to watch the fish jump out of the pond! Close to everything we will be back!

We had a wonderful week. “Once Upon A Tide” was great. Very spacious and a lovely home. Our family of 11 was very comfortable. One of the bathrooms was very comfortable for my 88 year old mother with a step in shower and high toilet. The outdoor space was fantastic for us with children and dogs, it was fenced in . Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with us.

House looked and smelled great. One chair is broken at the bottom. Doesn’t affect the way the chair sits, but just want it documented that it was broken upon arrival. Elliot Beach has been wonderful to work with! Easy booking, and always available to answer any questions!
House was perfect. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was up to date and 1 block to beach. Would recommend and stay again.
We had a wonderful vacation. The house and location was great, only a short walk to the beach. We have always loved Cherry Grove Beach and come yearly with our children and grandchildren.
The house was clean and modern (exactly as advertised in the pictures). The space was perfect for 6 of us. The location was great. It was close enough to all of the attractions yet away from all the traffic. The beach was only about a 3 minute walk. Check in and check out procedures were super easy. I would definitely recommend this house.

Love, love this place. It was CLEAN, well stocked with supplies and every appliance worked beautifully. Quiet neighborhood. Lived the Buffalo head ducks and turtles in the pond. Stayed almost 2 months but had a break in weather to go home. ( western Colorado). It was great!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying in the house again. The house was clean and well equipped. The mattresses were comfortable. We have rented through Elliott Realty several times and always had good experiences.
