This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Located in the Crescent Drive section in North Myrtle Beach, SC A Block Away is a fabulous rental house where winter vacation snow birds can flock together for fun adventures and relaxing times. A Block Away features five bedrooms, three full baths and two half baths in its design plan. Beautifully finished and furnished, A Block Away is warm and welcoming. This rental house has central heat and air, WIFI and a washer and dryer all accessible to you during your winter vacation stay. Several flatscreen CCTVs, DVD players and Foosball table all give you some indoor activity options while you hang out at the A Block Away rental house.

Take a walk to the beach and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, the shore, the surf, the sunshine and the ocean vibes. With temperatures often reaching into the 50s through the 70s during the off season, winter just became a little more wonderful. Say goodbye to the white snow and hello to the sand. Leave behind your down coat and pack a light weight jacket. You will be good to go.
