We love the location and the 4th bedroom is perfect for our four grand children. Hardwood floors,wood dining chairs and glass top tables work great for kids ( eating, coloring , parlor games) work great for clean up. Outside 12A penthouse has a perfect area near the entrance for sandy beach chairs, boogie boards, and the beach umbrella. We never allow anyone to sit on furniture with sunscreen on or with wet swimsuits The bathrooms and kitchen were clean (loved the shower in the master suite) but table tops were dirty and not cleaned in quite awhile. I will address that issue with Elliott Realty. Over all Sunrise Pointe is prefect for our vacation.
