First time in this unit but not at Spring Towers. Love the location, close to so much. Clean, respectable. Unit itself is clean, plainly decorated, plenty of room to put stuff. Tile floor throughout but really wish had throw rugs, especially in bedrooms. Couple burned out bulbs need replacing. Unless written somewhere i didn't see, need directions on how to work the thermostat! Lol! Keyless door was nice. We love sitting on the balcony; maybe a table & chairs could be added, be nice to sit outside and eat, watch, play games. Would rent 604 again!
The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We had some issues with the dishwasher leaking and some other things. Elliott quickly responded, as well as the homeowner. I can see the care put into the condo to insure our stay is nice. We enjoyed our week! Thank you

We absolutely love this unit and property. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The room is spacious and comfortable. We have stayed in this unit for several years and love it so much we keep coming back. The new couch is a nice upgrade.

This is our 3rd year staying in this unit. We absolutely love it. The view of the ocean is amazing! Wonderful location as well.
We have stayed in this unit for two Februarys in a row. We had to find another place for 2026 because 604 was already booked. So disappointed.
We are staying for a month and we stay every year in the same unit, we love it.
The unit is very nice and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the couple days we stayed and will definitely be back!

The unit itself is beautiful, and the owners were exceptionally kind and quick to respond when the dryer wasn’t working. They came and replaced it immediately.
This is a very well maintained condo, we have stayed here multiple times and its always been in excellent condition. The owners seem to have made some type of update each time I am there, the furniture & beds are nice and not the cheap stuff you find in alot of rentals, I encountered A problem with the dryer while I was there & the ower himself was there within 45 minutes, he was an extremally nice guy, and the dryer was working again in no time.
