We were in Sea Pointe unit 908 for 4 months Dec thru March. It is a wonderful building. We have stayed there for 6 different winters. Always clean and friendly. Any problems we have had Elliott Rentals has always taken care of in a timely manner. I have already prebooked my stay for the upcoming winter season. I love to work thru Elliot Rentals and recommend them to all my friends.
We love Sea Pointe, we love the location. It’s a little bit dated, but it is overall good. The beds are comfy.
Tub in master needs replacing. Floor and bedroom furniture is nice. Love the table outside with chairs. Decor is well dine and very calming. Good amount of furniture. Kitchen is great but may need a new fridge.
16 year of staying at this unit. Every year something updated. A pleasurable experience and already booked for next year.
All seemed ok with this condo.
