Ocean view was amazing! Space and decor was great - very beachy🏝️ some concerns we had was the cleanliness of the condo (floors dirty- food inside sofa bed) these were taken care of by Elliott. The biggest concern was we intended to use the sofa bed, which we were unable to use due to the mattress (intensity of the springs). We were told that the owner has a couch on order. If your intention is to use the sofa bed, you may want to plan on bringing an air mattress.

We had a wonderful time and the condo was beautiful. The check-in process was very easy.

Please fix the sliding door out onto the deck. It is incredibly hard to open and close. We have stayed here before and really like the unit. There have been upgrades since we were here last and those are nice. Love the tile on the bathroom ceiling. The unit is just perfect for us with the 1 1/2 baths and the location is great. We love the beach front deck around the pool, too. Thanks for having us. We always hope to return!!

The couch has a dip where someone has sat there and you just kind of fall into it.

Like the table and chairs on balcony. Like the kitchen appliances. Like the floors. Like the empty cabinet to store groceries. Very good mattress. All very well done. Wish there were a Keurig. We appreciate having the directions to getting the TV working although it is still difficult.

Nice and clean.

We stayed at oceans 712 during August 2025. This was a replacement reservation so we weren’t sure what to expect. This is a lovely condo with everything you need. The kitchen appliances all seem to be newer. The view is fabulous and we definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful unit and steps to the beach! It is the perfect size for my husband and I. We would definitely come back.

We really liked this room. Oh and if you want to have a little fun with someone tell them the room is haunted and watch the big clock… lol 😂 but we would choose this room again!

Would like some kind of window covering on the sliding glass doors.

We are pleased with our unit and the view. Very quick check in with friendly staff.

We absolutely loved this unit, we will return to this unit in the future. No issues unit was so clean and updated.

We had a great stay, a few items need to be replaced on the balcony they are getting old and worn out, tv does not work with enough movie channels, but we are on vacation and should be out and about
