Ocean Dunes Tower I 4111 features a large bedroom with a king bed and a mounted flat-screen TV. The fully equipped galley kitchen has a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and plenty of cabinets. There is even an air fryer to make all your delectable treats! There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo on the bedroom side and a connected ½ bath on the living room side. All floors are finished with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The living room has a dining area and a mounted flatscreen TV with a fireplace underneath.
Light abounds in the living room an all glass wall of windows and sliding door and leads to the balcony… all providing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The amenities at Tower 1 include an onsite community pool and 2 elevators for your convenience. Book this well-priced condo that is just steps to the beach and located so close to Myrtle Beach restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

There are so many things to do and enjoy within walking distance and it’s just an awesome getaway spot for a vacation!! Will definitely be returning! Definitely a top destination spot to enjoy all the beach vibes!!
The Surfing Rooster, otherwise known as 4111 at Ocean Dunes Tower, is a spacious and stunning place to stay while in Myrtle Beach. Staying here for my anniversary only made it better. The ocean view is nothing less than breath taking. Being located around attractions made it so convenient to get around, even by foot. The section of the beach where the resort is located has to be the best place to lay out during the summer. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful; the pictures do not do it justice. This take of modern, coastal farmhouse is chefs kiss with everything else this place has to offer. There’s plenty of space to sleep and it offers so much more than a normal hotel room (love the washer/dryer and air fryer available to use inside!!!). While visiting during a chilly month, the fireplace was a great touch. I will 1000% be back as soon as I possibly can and cannot recommend this condo enough!!!
I had the pleasure of spending New Year’s in this amazing place. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean, everything has been updated and new. It is in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect location to walk or a short drive. Easy drive from Wilmington ( 1.5 hours ). If you are looking to get away for a weekend or longer this is the place. I’ll be back soon!
This was the perfect place for my mental break from work and school. Check in was easy and they were quick to respond with any questions I had. I will definitely be back again because I had a blast!
This vacation condo is inviting and nothing but comfort. We spent the week here and usually when we’re in a place that long, we start to miss home. You miss the comfort and certain things you can do in your home; not the case here. We did not want to leave and will certainly be back.
My family and I had a blast at Myrtle Beach and majority of the reason was for this condo. This condo was enough room to sleep us all and not be crammed up during the day. It’s a beautiful space and offers some comforts of home where we don’t usually get that. Truly a home away from home!
I can’t not say enough GREAT things about this bungalow! From the ceiling fan upgrades to the flooring upgrades, everything in between makes you want to stay for a long time. A place that is truly a home away from home! All fixtures have been updated, barn sliding doors, plenty of entertainment inside and outside or within walking distance…. I mean there’s just so many great features in this newly renovated condo! It did not disappoint! Need a place to work and play…. You have made the right decision to be at The Surfing Rooster! Owners are the nicest people ever and the view….. let’s just say that even in November I loved listening to the waves on the balcony with pub style seating! I will definitely be back to my newly found oasis!

I recently stayed at this beach condo and had an amazing experience! The condo was beautifully appointed, close to everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were awesome - they made sure everything was perfect for my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. 5 stars all the way!
Had the best weekend ever beautiful condo was extremely impressed with all the updates love the barn door woke up with the ocean on-site of the balcony this condo made me feel like home will definitely rent again close to restaurants and shopping HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
