Let Forest Dunes 1201, an oceanfront condo in Myrtle Beach, be the starting point for a winter at the beach. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, Forest Dunes 1201 sleeps 6 guests.
At the end of the day, the indoor jetted tub offers a way to unwind before thinking about tomorrow’s plans. When clothing needs freshening, the washer and dryer in the condo mean you can take care of clothing without making a separate trip to laundry facilities. The charcoal grill gives you another way to prepare a meal when you would like to spend a little time outside. Stay long enough to make your own routine, and let a few of the best moments happen without a plan.
Choose one winter month or several during the October–March season, with arrival and departure both on the first of the month. We hope you’ll join us at Forest Dunes 1201 for some unhurried time at the beach.

We stayed at Forest Dunes unit 1201. If you’re afraid of heights, don’t book this unit. The walkway to the room is open to the outside and on the 12th floor. The view is amazing and the unit is very spacious. We had 6 of us and it never felt crowded. The building was clean, neighborhood felt safe, pool was clean and the beach was across the street. Would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay and the pool was very enjoyable.
The place is very nice and clean. This is one of the best units we stayed in so far.

I cant say 1 thing about 1201 ,I love everything ,I love that it's close to the beach ,the lay out of 1201 ,I love the colors of the paint, patio where u can see the ocean and the nice cool breeze, the beds were comfortable this time and some one left a box fan ,I can't sleep with out one.over all I love 1201
Great stay! We were accommodated to everything we needed. Plenty of room for our large family. Cheapest place around Myrtle Beach! Will definitely be returning here next year!
THE GREAT - A homey, lived-in condo. Beds comfortable, three toilets, spacious layout. Very comfortable. Housekeeping had done an excellent job cleaning the interior portion of the unit and having it be ready for vacationers. . Every conceivable kitchen gadget /appliance available. . A great location, with close access to the beach. One of the best views of a beach we have ever experienced. .. A top of the line en-suite electric piano that lent itself to wonderful bits of playing by one of our children. Condo building is well maintained with recent visible and impressive updates. Common areas were always clean. Three pools and hot tub all functioning, clean and well-maintained
The location was great, we had pretty much what we need it.
The view from the living room was very nice.
