October 17 to the 20 , 2025 We have stayed here for years and appreciate the fact that the new owners are slowly trying to spruce up the Blockade. We enjoy the location, the staff, and most of all the balcony and in room window fully across. We appreciate Stephen, Shannon, and Mindy as they make a great effort in getting to know their customers. We would make two small suggestions. (1) It is hard to unload or load a luggage cart with the door constantly closing. It would be nice to have a door stop to hold the doors, and blankets on the beds as the season is turning colder. Please continue to update the Blockade as money is able. This is very important to Blockade's regular customers.

Room was clean and the staff at the front desk was very friendly!

After 17 years of coming to the Blockade Runner it continues to be our favorite hotel. It’s a little bit shabby but clean. We’ll keep coming back as long as we can get the return customer price.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would suggest for in the future is leaving more towels with a hand towel included.

The staff was very friendly at the front desk and in the restaurant room was clean love the view from the balcony. The only thing that I feel that may need improvement is we need a trash cans at our end to put our trash in and the tables by the pool are in really bad shape Besides that everything was really nice. Look forward to coming back next year.
