This three edroom, three bath beach vacation winter rental condo can comfortably accommodate guests for a fun-filled winter vacation getaway along the Eastern seaboard. Two parking spaces, flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players as well as central heat and air are all available to you during your stay. An elevator makes it easier to bring in the bags and transport any groceries you may purchase during your winter getaway. The fitness room is perfect for exercise enthusiasts. It gives you a place to keep up with your routine even during your vacation. The Indoor and outdoor hot tub are fantastic. The indoor pool is also a great place to hang out. If you like to grill out you can do that here, too. A Jacuzzi bathtub is also an added amenity that many cherish. The place was really nice, location was close to everything, the view was wonderful. The staff was very helpful.

Everything has been great except the beds in one of the rooms are extremely loud when you make any kind of movement and very uncomfortable
Beautiful condo right on the beach. This is our second time staying at Avista. We were here for softball again and we always stay where the girls do. The people that work here are amazing. Elliott Realty was right down the street and they are also awesome.
