Keep a workout in your weekly routine at the fitness center, then let the rest of the day move at your own pace. With a washer and dryer inside the condo, you can keep the practical side of a winter visit from taking over your plans. Enjoy the oceanfront view from the balcony during an unhurried break, rather than filling every hour with an activity. You can spend the season following your interests, catching up with companions, and making time for yourself.

We stayed in Avista 1029. The most amazing thing was the ocean view from every room. The big walls of windows in the living room were spectacular. It had plenty of of space in the condo but did lack storage in all rooms and particularly the kitchen. The W/D unit was an all in one and did not work very well- should probably be replaced. The staff at Avista was wonderful and always available to help. Overall- great experience!
Love the resort. This is 18th time we have been here.
The view was fantastic! Love all the amenities and things to do for the snowbirds. Unit is nice but it does need some TLC
