Located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, the Ashworth is close to championship golf courses, award-winning entertainment, and trendy restaurants. This three-bedroom, three full bath condo includes two parking spaces. This means you can invite family and friends to visit you during your extended stay. There are a few reasons that snowbirds flock to North Myrtle Beach every year, and you will discover them all when you stay at Ashworth 1302.
The condo is decorated in bright colors reminiscent of beautiful South Carolina days. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room are part of a spacious great room. There is plenty of seating. There is also plenty of indoor entertainment for cold days, such as WIFI and flatscreen TVs. An in-unit washer and dryer and central heating and air will help you feel right at home. The oceanfront balcony is also a spot to be enjoyed year-round. Wrap up in a blanket or coat and step onto the balcony to witness a breathtaking South Carolina sunrise. There will be warm afternoons during the off-season that you will want to spend on the balcony, sipping on a cocktail or cold lemonade. Sit on the balcony at night and sip on a cup of hot tea or hot cocoa. Possibilities are endless.
An outdoor hot tub can be enjoyed even during the winter. After you get out of the hot tub, you may choose to run to the indoor swimming pool to warm up from the cold ocean breeze. There is also plenty of entertainment to be found away from the condo. Visit one of the beach clubs that stay lively every month of the year. You may end up being in North Myrtle Beach during the Fall SOS (Society of Stranders) Migration or Winter SOS Retreat. Watch as professionals dance South Carolina’s official state dance, the Shag. Fat Harold’s Dance Club offers free Shag dance lessons at least once a week. You’ll be dancing like a local before you know it after spending a month or longer in North Myrtle Beach. We want to thank the owners for allowing our family to enjoy Ashworth 1302 for a week. We originally booked another property, but had to be rebooked at the last minute, and we were very happy with how everything worked out. This condo was a great choice! The condo itself is very modern, spacious, and comfortable. The master bathroom shower is great, although the water pressure from the main shower head is pretty low. We found ourselves using the handheld shower head to get better pressure. We have stayed at several other properties in the area, and by far, this condo had the best patio furniture. It is all new, very comfortable, and made it really enjoyable to sit outside and take in the early morning sunrise or relax in the evening. The property overall is very well maintained. The pool is on the smaller side, and there were a lot of children using it during the week we were there, so it could be difficult to find space. That said, we come to the beach to enjoy the beach, so this was not a major issue for us. Our only other minor complaint would be the elevators. There are four elevators, but there is very little air movement, so they get extremely hot, especially during the warmer parts of the day. Overall, we would definitely stay at Ashworth and this resort again. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the owners sharing their condo with our family. A special thank you to Maryanne at Elliott Beach Rentals for taking care of our last-minute rebooking and finding such a great property for us\. She made what could have been a stressful situation work out perfectly.
I came here in 1976 when I was four years old, stayed here at this same property location since Bel-Air Hotel 3 story building - I have probably stayed at the Ashworth about 20 times with family and shared a condo. This year was just my family. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room! We loved everything! I would recommend this condo to friends and family! I appreciate the cleanliness of grounds, elevators, pool, hot tub and lazy River! Staff by pool side was nice! One thing I didn't like was all the weed being smoked, with kids around, my wife and I could smell it everyday down by the pool area. It's was coming from up above in one of the rooms. Wish we could use inflatable chairs in lazy River. Really no complaints! 10 out of 10 stars. Week came and went fast!
Ash worth 1302 is a nice, clean unit and was well equipped for our stay. The complex itself is well a maintained and staff friendly. Elliott Rentals took excellent care of us after a slight hiccup in our reservations (no fault of theirs or ours). As a footnote… I loved the way our unit was decorated!

We found the unit to be well furnished and clean. The balcony furniture was fantastic and being on the 13th floor was quite nice. The only thing I could find that needs repair is the door knob in the master bathroom. If you close the door, it’s difficult to then open.as it’s loose. We didn’t have a screw driver to tighten it. Thank you.
Overall, the best one we have stayed in at Ashworth.

Excellent except for ceiling in master bathroom shower is falling off and this was mentioned last winter when I stayed here.
